Join Best Workplaces for Commuters and the Florida Department of Transportation during Florida’s Mobility Week for a statewide roundtable discussion focusing on COVID-19 impacts on commuting and Florida’s transition back to the workplace. The roundtable discussion will include COVID-19 related workforce impacts to employee commuting and the potential continuation of positive commuter trends post-pandemic, telework as a critical component, and work productivity. Roundtable participants will also discuss impacts on recruitment, retention and resiliency practices and the lessons they’ve learned applicable to future pandemics and natural disasters.
Roundtable participants represent different industries around the state and have a depth of knowledge and experience in supporting employee commuter populations:
The roundtable discussion will be moderated by Julie Bond, Program Director, Best Workplaces for Commuters.
