USF Bicycle Action Committee

The University of South Florida’s Bicycle Action Committee (BAC) was formed to bring together students, faculty, staff and others working to make bicycling fun, safe and enjoyable.  The BAC addresses topics related to bicycle education, engineering, encouragement and enforcement on the Tampa campus. Currently, the committee is working to submit an application for USF’s first designation as a Bicycle Friendly University, and will be hosting a League Cycling Instructor training seminar.

USF is a member of the New North Transportation Alliance (NNTA), a public-private partnership providing a forum for business, local government, residents, and commuters to improve air quality, mobility and livability in the New North/USF area. For more information about NNTA, visit their website.
